Welcome to the official MUNTHE webshop. When you are shopping at our webshop (order or buy goods), you are automatically accepting our terms & conditions. Therefore, please take the time to read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Prices

Prices shown on the website are in the currency applicable to your country including Danish VAT of 25% unless you have selected a NON-EU country, then the price will be shown without VAT. Please use the function at the top of the website if you want to change your country selection.

Please note that a change in the country of delivery may influence the delivery costs.

At the website you can pay in the following currencies:

The United Kingdom, Great British pounds sterling (GBP)

Payment

MUNTHE accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, & MobilePay. The payment will be debited and deducted from your account on dispatch of the goods. MUNTHE Webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during the transaction. We reserve the right to have the total amount of the order paid by bank transfer to Sydbank, Denmark. The amount of your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions, an item can be out of stock. We cannot guarantee that all available products at our webshop are in stock when your order is processed. In case of a lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, you will be informed by e-mail.

Delivery

All orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. At busy periods, usually around sale, we will do our very best to dispatch your order as fast as possible, but delays will occur. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from our suppliers and cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Defect Items

As a customer, you have the right to return items with a manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appear within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.

Cancellation and returns

We gladly accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused. We will refund the amount of the goods and the delivery cost. If you have bought several items and only make a partial return, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

Please note that the package must be sent with distribution directly to the address above.  Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by MUNTHE.

Returns are at your own expense, but you are more than welcome to stop by our store in Århus or Copenhagen and deliver your purchase.

By returning products, the parcel must contain our return form provided by us. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tag. As soon as we have received the returned items and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account within 5-7 weekdays.

We do our very best to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the products are correct. We update the website daily but typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the products may occur. We apologize for the inconvenience and will inform you via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

How to submit a complaint

Did we not live up to your expectations? If so, please contact MUNTHE and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.

Any dispute between MUNTHE and the customer is subject to Danish law.
